Homelite 150 automatic gas chainsaw What is the easiest way to tell if it is getting spark ? Without getting shocked and with just normal home tools not some meter or something.

I have a gas chainsaw that dies after I start it. It will run a few seconds and then dies. I changed the spark plug, changed the gas (40 to 1). Cleaned the air filter. What next? Thanks.
